Due to the nature of our digital services, we generally do not offer refunds on our subscription plans once a payment has been made. When you subscribe, you acknowledge that the service is immediately available to you and that you have waived your right to a refund.

This policy applies to all subscription plans offered by TubeGent.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • A significant, prolonged service outage or failure directly attributable to TubeGent that prevents you from using the service.
  • A billing error where you were charged incorrectly by our system.

To be considered for a refund under these exceptions, you must contact us within 14 days of the charge in question. We will not provide refunds for dissatisfaction with the service, lack of use, or if you forget to cancel your subscription.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at tubegent.help@gmail.com with your account email address, the date of the charge, and a clear description of the issue. We will investigate the matter and notify you of the outcome of our investigation within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will be revised. By continuing to use our Service after any changes, you agree to the new policy.
